Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is a great cocktail from the prohibition era: #betweenthesheets

30ml light Cuban rum
30ml cognac
30ml triple sec
10ml lemon juice
A scant barspoon of simple sirup
3 drops of saline solution

Shake&Strain in a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

I love brandy cocktails, and I love rum, so this one is one of the best I've ever made myself.
