You'll recall a post yesterday about a man whose refusal to help his #female partner out of a scolding bath led to her death, being given a suspended sentence.... now, here's the other side; for stealing a phone an indefinite custodial sentence....
There's obviously more going on here, but the temptation to say a #woman's life is worth less than a #mobilephone was to great for me to resist (sorry).... and the point (even if exaggerated) remains!

In 2018 3 women a week were killed by ex partners . Its probably higher now .My ex broke my door with an axe after I locked him out (he had never been resident there)chased me made repeated death threats to me and neighbours,he pleaded guilty and got a £350 fine,repeadtly ignored a restraining order including outside court with no repercussions whatsoever,
