If you bought a #VanMoof #bicycle that has an issue when the vendor is not available, YOU did the mistake with your choice for this product.
If you bought a lawnmower robot that doesn't work when its vendor is out of business, you did the mistake.
If you bought a computer whose vendor collects your data in his cloud ➡️ your mistake.
I can go on like that forever.
YOU need to accept the obvious downsides when you once took the very clear risk.
