@squish Captain Toad is my hidden gem. I also recommend all Pikmin Games if you are into strategy games. I would Start with Pikmin 1 or 3. :)

@squish I'm going to be boring here and tell you the obvious games

1. Zelda(s). They are both in my top 5 games of all time
2. Mario Odyssey, the only mario game I've ever finished
3. Animal crossing / stardew valley if you like comfy games
4. Now this one is hard to recommend so please do some research on it aswell but i really like the Fire Emblem titles on the switch like three houses
5. All the indie games (THERE'S SO MANY OF THEM)😭

@splitguns @squish I’d highly recommend playing Zelda: Breath of the Wild before you play Tears of the Kingdom, since TotK is a direct sequel. Also, don’t forget about the Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake if you want some old school nostalgia!

Be sure to give Picross a try.
It doesn’t look like much and seems overly simplistic at first, but once it gets it’s hooks into you, it’s super addictive.

As for RPGs, Ys 8 is incredible. And Persona 5 is a masterpiece.
The Switch has a ton of incredible RPGs, so I’ll just recommend this channel to discover new ones that you might otherwise not hear about:
