@glowl What I know for certain is that at least a few drugs are prescribed for both, such as Wellbutrin. While this most definitely does not prove that the underlying cause is the same, it does suggest that similar remedies can be effective for both. I'm not saying there is no difference. I'm saying that if the conditions were people, they'd be cousins or siblings.
