I have been desperately wanting a copy of this book for literal DECADES
My 25-year-old bootleg version I photocopied back in my undergrad days is literally falling to bits
(This was one of the books I'd included in my planned Grand U.P. Main Library Heist of 2001 before they put in barcodes and doorway scanners)
