A PR submitted to PHPStan by a student who had been on an internship for two weeks has just been merged. I was just blown away by Ondřej's review and the code he cleaned up. https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan-src/pull/2591

@herndlm He was a participant in our company's 10-day internship program until last week, and his first PR commit was through pair programming with me. He was a Haskell veteran and didn't know much about PHP, but now he might be able to write a PHPStan extension better than me. 😊️

BTW, I've been using both Phpactor https://github.com/phpactor/phpactor and Phactory https://github.com/chriskite/phactory all these years, so I sometimes get confused with the spelling of them.
