I have to admit something.

My motivations for fighting #fascism & occasionally sounding the alarm on #ClimateChange are largely selfish.

I don't want to suffer. I don't want my family to suffer. I don't want my friends with targets on their backs to suffer and die.

Assuming that we can stop all of that from happening, I'd like to retire in #Tennessee. I can't do that if the #Appalachians are in #Christofascist territory, which brings me back to being selfish.

During #Flight48, #Ingenuity caught a glimpse of the reflection of the sun on its shiny thermal skin projected on the ground, together with its shadow on the opposite side of the image.

#Perseverance spotted a piece of debris probably from the #SkyCrane, the piece of machinery that put it safely on the Martian ground. Debris has been spotted elsewhere, but this piece may be the farthest yet, about 4.6km away.

The map shows the current location of the rover and the location of the Sky Crane crash.
