Penny Wong has already called for such a two state solution. What was the point of this motion?
I was asking what were Greens proposing? I know many of their constituents chant “from the river to the sea”.
I recall that when Labor first rejected the call for a ceasefire and Greens walked out of Parliament. The document Greens were expecting Labor to sign contained no acknowledgement that the October 7 massacre even happened (let alone condemning it).
A few weeks later the document was amended and Labor signed on.
Because I imagine a state needs to be defined physically before it can be recognised. It seems you don’t care enough to track down the statement parliament was asked to sign.
Labor are focused on the hard yards of a 2SS, Greens are trolling with theatre. In fact Greens may not even support a 2SS because it goes against the call of “from the river to the sea”.
Trump Republicans tried to take over the hall (assisted by the Secret Service confiscating noisemakers) and hijack the Libertarian convention. They lined up early then stole the front row seats marked reserved. It all backfired wonderfully.
Because it depicts teenagers, yeah. It would have been fairer if it showed a dozen people with a more representative spread of ages. It would still skew young though.
I am Gen X, a computer scientist and often use my phone while walking.
Have often jumped on the wrong train because of my lack of attention. Not life threatening but results in extending my one hour journey by 30 minutes. But that kind of error did also happen occasionally pre-phone so at least now I have entertainment for that extra half hour :)

In Sydney recently it was raining all week but two days of sunshine were forecast a WEEK in advance. Not that a one week forecast is usually right. All you need is 24 hours and that is very accurate.

In my quote the claim was that Australia was there enforcing the UN resolution. That resolution was made a long time ago, well before China took sides in the Ukraine war. Too late to veto the resolution now.
PS Admittedly my quote is not from a credible source. I haven’t time to test its veracity.
