@ascherbaum und wenn du eine hadt, windet sich die Versicherung raus. "Ja also diese Art von Starkregenschaden ist nicht abgedeckt." Hatten wir. Wasser, dass durch die Wand (als Bach) reinkommt nicht, ja durch Fenster wäre versichert gewesen...

@eyrea @Dutchinvestor yeah, you need to get them over the smoke point, otherwise they won't season properly. In the past I kept the window wide open while doing it (making it a summer game). That way it didn't set off. Especially cause no smoke detector in the kitchen, at least in Germany. These days I actually have them outside on the gas grill 😅

@ascherbaum @eascherbaum @markus ich kämpfe mich durch und versuche immer Freitags ein Video zu schicken. Mal schauen wie lange ich das durchhalten kann. Momentan sind es alles Gerichte die wir durchaus öfter machen.

Macht aber Spaß. Wenn nicht alles rund läuft bei der Aufnahme, dann ist das so. Perfekt machen das die anderen schon :P

@eascherbaum @ascherbaum @markus nee habe ich noch nicht. Haben eine Canon EOS R5 über der Arbeitsplatte und die Handy Cam an einem flexiblen Arm für den Herd.

Theoretisch habe ich noch eine ältere Canon EOS 70D,abwr noch keine gute Halterung für am Herd gefunden. Aktuell zeichne ich in 4Kauf und rendered in 1080p (kann man ein wenig zoomen und so).

Software ist DaVinci Resolve. Beste die ich gefunden habe bisher.

@TonyPrintezis agreed. There's one ready-to-use in Germany which is pretty good taste-wise. But it's probably as far away from hollandaise as the earth from the sun 😅
