minor update for pribambase

• fix conflict with zh_HANS locale
• handle filepaths on a different drive (don't do that tho)

"reverse rendering" derives a 3d surface from flat image. Instead of throwing a neural network at the problem it is based on theory of light, so it obtains physically meaningful parameters, and can guide further research.

Color picker extension for aseprite (1.3), that is based on human perception of color rather than display voltage. Also it can be moved around.
