Sick. Slept 6 hours last night, between bouts of coughing. Woke up and my eyes were so full of gunk it took me a couple minutes to clean them to the point I could finally open them.

Slept 5 more hours on the sofa this morning.

Going back to the sofa in a few minutes. Appointment with doctor tomorrow.

I can't help but think that return-to-office mandates are gonna hurt the companies doing them: they'll lower their productivity, make them less attractive when it comes to hiring, increase their costs and overall make them less competitive.

The problem is, when the results will suck they'll blame it on the employees which will also bear the cost of their managers' errors.

Half a kilo of "Swiss chocolate" ice cream ( dark chocolate + mid sized solid dark chocolate chunks + nuts )
