trying to see why my streams look so bad for some reason, and i think it might be due to me choosing youtube to do stuff in ultra-low latency

just watched some twitch highlights from a previous stream and it looks better, albeit still not incredible since my bitrate was like 3600kbps, meanwhile im increasing it to like 6400kbps for future streams, since my network should be able to handle it (i get around 26mbps upload, id probably be safe having it at an amount that uses about 12mbps)
