I know what you mean but DAL has only won by 4 points on aggregate over 2 games and would have lost the 2nd had Luka missed the last three pointer.

I was a student rep for my UK university when they needed to send people to Sports conferences.
The US model doesn't exist in the UK.
Apart from a couple of Oxford vs Cambridge events (where scholarships are thrown around) there are no College sports on TV and I can't think of anybody who had a sports scholarship at my college.
