There's a new live album from the one and only #TomWaits out. It was recorded in Akron, Ohio in 2006 during the Orphans tour.

Out of all the concerts I have been to, if I had to pick one, it would be Mr. Waits. I saw him in 2008 in Prague during the Glitter & Doom tour*, and it was magnificent.

Tom Waits concerts are less than rare, his last regular tour was the one in 2008, so 15 years ago!

I will forever be thankful for this experience.

    Wild hamsters in Vienna have learned to survive harsh winters by feasting on the oily, protein-filled candles left by mourners in gravesites.

    This fits so perfectly well to morbid Vienna.

    @meshuggahmischell @hannsr so wie ich mich kenne würde ich auch wechseln. Müssen die bei euch in der Einfahrt aufgraben, oder kommt das in das gleiche Rohr wie die bestehende Leitung?

    Die reißen gerade den Bürgersteig vor unserem Haus auf und legen #glasfaser da rein. Den Anschluss an unser Haus würden sie kostenlos machen und ich soll das doch machen weil es keine Kostensteigerung für unser Haus wäre wenn es einen Anschluss hätte. Das blöde ist nur das die nach Monat 13 knapp 59,-€ für 250Mbit haben wollen und bei #vodafone zahle ich aktuell für 250Mbit nur 29,-€ ?!?! Und mehr brauche ich ehrlich gesagt, wir sind zu zweit und meine Frau nutzt das Inet so gut wie gar nicht.

    @Catowl @meshuggahmischell 50 Mbit? Bei uns ist per Kabel maximal ADSL drin. ADSL!!!

    Zum Glück funktioniert 5G ausgezeichnet, sonst wäre ich aufgeschmissen.

    Sometimes I feel like those times without rain create tension all around and inside. So the big rain this Friday felt like a release. Going outside today seemed profoundly quiet, despite the cars going by and the people chatting and the children being wild. There's always silence somewhere within the noise. I felt the dark clouds lifting even though they were still hanging in the sky. #silentsunday #sunday #sonntag

    @chuls wir haben es in Wien aber geliebt! Die Entscheidung ins Burgenland zu ziehen war nicht gegen Wien sondern für einen großen Garten. Meine Frau vermisst das spazieren durch die Straßen und das Schaufensterbummeln aber eh...

    @chuls also den Umzug in eine sehr ländliche Gegend würde ich nur jenen empfehlen, die das aus ihrer Kindheit schon kennen 😉

    Mitten aus dem 8. in so eine ruhige Gegen zu ziehen, das ist schon ein enormer Unterschied.

    @chuls wir hätten eine 4 Zimmer Wohnung gebraucht. Ich glaube das Haus kostet uns mittlerweile monatlich weniger als eine vernünftige 4 Zimmer Wohnung...
    Welche Richtung überlegt ihr?
