Exactly, and “we need this as small and precise as possible” means “can lasers do it?” As an engineer I default to fast and precise means computer guided laser if possible

I find gay republicans often dislike gay culture (which is fine, it’s not for every gay person) and struggle to understand that some people will gladly call you a friend while firmly but quietly opposing an aspect of you, and that other people can hate your guts while they stand up for your rights.
Yeah I like the first three for the reasons you gave though flat design’s main issue for me is that it feels empty and corporate but like it thinks it isn’t or it’s trying to hide it. It’s the design opposite of the long form ad. The other designs here had a message and feeling, and yes it was always “futuristic” but this one isn’t. It’s simple without purpose, animated without life, and artistic without message. It’s the art style equivalent of my landlord asking for a quote about “the unique culture and experience of [complex]”.
Compare it to art deco which calls on you to acknowledge the grandiosity of the time. Honestly it could use a modern reinterpretation and revision of something like soviet realism to challenge it.
And I’ve consistently been of the opinion they should barring certain crimes. I hate this felon’s guts, not a fan of most felons to be honest, but a vandalism felony as a 19 year old? Drug dealers? And that’s not getting into felonies I’m questionable as to if they should be crimes.
All rights are won through diversity of tactics. Some of the most effective campaigns for gay rights came from our moms just talking to people about what it was like to have gay kids. Add that to violently forcing the state to stop being so brutal in their oppression of us and years-decades of working with and within the medical and legal establishments to hamper homophobia in those realms.
You get similar shit elsewhere. Eco-terrorism has had less explicit gains than environmental lawyers, but without the militants the assailants to our planet just do it mid lawsuit and pay the fine later. The black American civil rights movement had pacifists and militants.
Force alone doesn’t create a movement, just a war if you’re lucky enough to get the people to support you.

Oh my god I’m so sorry sir please tell me how my entire gender is always wrong about you specifically! And about our local wildlife. I definitely haven’t spent my entire childhood taught how to avoid bear attacks (and man attacks, but for some reason those lessons went on past childhood). I definitely just assumed I’d run instead of do what I was taught to do when hiking as a kid.
