    TL;DR: frittata #help needed!

    My niece is getting married next weekend and I have just learned I have been assigned the tast of making frittatas for pre-wedding #brunch. I'm a capable home cook, but my partner generally handles all breakfasty-things, so I'm not exactly in my comfort zone here.

    Basic but key: Two bowls for egg opening, in order to prevent mishaps.

    Another basic tip is to work with a baking tray instead of a pan if the crowd is too big.

    Two or three options are the best way to go: A simple, almost bland (in taste terms) option, a mixed one with medium flavor and a strong one for those with a daring palate.

    Or you can work with a basic "canvas" and bring toppings for the guests to add to their portion

    Remember: Great dips for bread or veggie sticks.

    So anyway, here's my question:

    Has your kid's school banned particular movements during recess, "for your child's safety?"
    Our kid reports that cartwheels, handstands, and backbends are now forbidden, even when done in wide open spaces. I'm pretty perturbed about this for a whole lot of reasons, and am looking for advice on how to approach the school.

    *caveat that yes, I have confirmed from others that my kid isn't making this up.

Se han dado muchos cambios pero sigue siendo insumo para ayudar a perfilar al consumidor vía gustos, preferencias, intereses.

    @lzg my grandma suffered several strokes.
    We took care of her, she lost the ability to speak for 3 or 4 months.
    After a great therapist helped her, she regained speech via repeating ONE WORD that we understood thanks to tone and frequency variations.

    Random evening rabbithole on the K-T extinction event, and orders of magnitude.

    The largest thermonuclear bomb ever detonated, the soviet "Tsar bomba", was clocked at 50 megatons TNT equivalent.

    The asteroid impact that created the Chicxulub crater and triggered the K-T extinction event, had an estimated kinetic energy of 72 _tera_tons TNT equivalent. I had to go look it up because it didn't compute: that's 6 orders of magnitude more.

    The universe doesn't fuck around.
