In the continuing quest to boost my mom's nutrition, the nurse said to get her some supplemental protein drinks. Is there a brand that is both sound nutritionally, and tastes good, in Yall's experience? She doesn't really care for Ensure or Boost, but so far, she does like the Owyn chocolate and she especially likes the Atkin's Chai Latte.

How much alone time vs socializing do you need?

For me there are a few people who are usually equalizing, and I can just be around them, so I won't count that. But generally, I find about 3 times a week, I'm game for socializing. A day in between to rest is usually nice, but the larger the gathering or if we go somewhere particularly noisy or I'm meeting new people that involves more effort, and my social battery empties sooner. I'm very curious where everyone else falls on this!

The water wasn't the same down here.

Water is what runs out of the kitchen taps or a playground drinking fountain. It fills bathubs and pools and yes, of course, the ocean- but at a certain depth, water becomes a barrier from all you remember, all you think you know.
