Probably medical degrees etc. However, if I were to do a masters in CS it would be 70k so my total debt would be up to something like 110k. Thus, if I do a masters it will be a cheap US-based one I can cashflow because that’s just a stupid amount of debt.
Yeah I assume the reason there isn’t is because the general ones are US-centric by default and then everyone else has to have somewhere specific to go. But I guess if they want their own dedicated place too why not?
I think that for me it is sometimes good to feel proper hunger because I often just eat so frequently that I won’t feel it for a long time. Allowing myself to feel hunger is then a healthy thing because it allows me to redistinguish between actual hunger and my stomach just having more room. I wouldn’t want it on a regular basis though.

Great job maintaining! I’ve managed to creep back up right at the 5 year mark after 3-4 years of decent maintenance. But if I can put it on, I can lose it.
I’m lucky my brother and a couple of friends are on a similar journey and go to the same gym at the moment. On the grind as soon as I get back from Thailand (Thai food is too good to calorie count.)
Israel’s military has launched air raids on the Jenin refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank, carrying out an ongoing large-scale attack that involved a missile and the killing of at least four Palestinians, according to residents and officials.
For the reasons you mentioned about the quietness of it it wasn’t really for me. I went into the movie hoping not necessarily for action but for a little more sciencey stuff and it didn’t really have that or explain anything. As you said, the sci-fi element is just dressing - it could easily have been set in any other sort of world.
I’m a short person. I’m also sedentary and classified as overweight but not obese. As such, my TDEE is around 1600-1700 calories. So, to lose weight at the pace I’d like, I have to restrict myself to 1200 calories a day....
It is a little annoying to see the volume of food they can eat but it’s always going to be annoying. I’m a little taller than average so my maintenance is closer to 2100 at the moment but I still look at my brother needing 2700 and get jealous. At the end of the day you’d both be hungry eating under your maintenance.

I wish "they" would separate "fantasy" from "romance fantasy" genre.
I see many 4.5 to 5 star fantasy books. I get excited and read about them only to find out they are really just “romance” or smut type books. Grrr....
What always helps me is remembering that: hunger feels good -- desire feels good -- food tastes better when you're properly hungry
obviously while counting calories, but the longer i delay eating it seems to help. just wish i could stop binging at night
