Starting tea now, even though I started cooking it at 7 p.m. (which is late for me, but appointments).
Sure I had a 7.30 p.m. meeting but restarted soon after.
Imagine if I had kids how long this would take. Probably won’t be eating till 2 a.m. Then finishing up around 4 a.m. only to start the next day at 7 a.m.
No wonder parents look tired.

The irony is not lost on me that the first time I ever actually paid for an svg, it turned out to be an absolute nightmare to work with it. I think I'll stick to making my own (crappy) svgs, and trawling the internet for (crappy) free svgs. 😅

I also love it that the seller has told me that despite the svg being sold over 40 times to folks who also use Cricut Design Space, I am somehow the only one who has had any issues with it.

Why do people ALWAYS use this argument? Statistically, it's so fucking impossible that I am the ONLY one to EVER have ANY issues. I am NOT special.

I’m getting a new #MacBook, after SEVEN YEARS. It finally no longer met the minimum system requirements to handle #Cricut #DesignSpace. I’m gutted, because #Apple no longer makes laptops in #RoseGold. 🤣 #FirstWorldProblems

@jackyan I hate FB, but still have a need for it, mainly for groups (Cricut), and school info (my daughter’s school is of the opinion that parents live on FB). Any time I use it, I feel like I’ve just emerged from a ball pit. 🤣

@jackyan I absolutely blasted a dean this year about the whole, “we put the info on FB the last minute, so why are you saying that you weren’t informed” issue we constantly have happening. I told this woman (who is our age!!) that social media is NOT the way to communicate with families. Email has worked fine for YEARS. Stick with what works.

I got nowhere. She ghosted me. 😡

@jackyan I HATE the school my daughter goes to, but she’s happy there. Teachers are wonderful, and all of her friends are there.

But the administration, school board, and parents assoc are all entitled, middle class white people who are so out of touch with reality that it pisses me off.
