every now and then i dream that my dad is still alive but also still dying of cancer and i end up feeling really guilty for not having realised he “wasn’t already dead” and rush to spend time with him before he dies again(…) and last night it was the same story only this time it was my maternal grandma and grandad (both also dead irl) who telephoned me saying they were going to visit my dad one last time and did I want to go with them…

one of the nice things about being an artist/writer is that it’s relatively easy to make my own selfship food. but idk i just… sometimes wish i didn’t have to be the one to make it? or like. that someone could start the stove for me, following that metaphor?
i don’t want anyone to feel obligated to make something and i don’t want anyone to feel bad either— i can’t often afford comms anyway since my income is so sporadic. normally i love making my own stuff. but idk, general fatigue is setting in i guess. and it sucks. like, i feel super entitled and selfish even thinking about it. my friends enjoy my work! i like making things even if isn’t for myself! i shouldn’t complain! if they don’t like this specific thing it’s okay, they like another thing just as well! it’s a selfship after all, it’s not like it’s something people other than me get super invested in, right? i’m glad i’m able to make what i can. but it’s just… hard to do sometimes. i start feeling like the well’s drying out and the grass is wilting, or something, and i probably just need to rest. but i’ve BEEN resting!! i want to do things again!! but i’m just. so tired in so many ways. i was able to do so much in 2020 and the first half of 2021, and then i just… burned out. and i don’t know how to go back, especially now with this stupid long covid shit. i feel like i’m barely useful at all and it sucks.

I went to the doctor 3x today you guys can bet ur bottom I'm not having a good time. they prescribed me vampire medicine no sunlight for 10 days and no dairy iron or magnesium 2 hours before AND after I take the meds AND TO TOP IT OFF it's best taken on an empty stomach guess I'll starve
