There's me and you,
The chasm
between us,
The #nightmare
enacted in silence,
irredeemable,
surreal waves of hate
eviscerate love,
curse the best of us.
Perfecting our
techniques,
dreaming up
more ways to
annihiliate
the other
A rose colored moon
lights up the #creek,
deep in the forest,
silently it sits,
until gravity drops,
dispersed,
runs for its life,
guided by turns
narrows&widens
hypnotized,
a cascade of
thoughts
take over,
gliding,
life endures
until the moon
turns icy cold
Arms flailing,
falling headlong,
grasping,
the #chasm looks
up at me,
its mouth wide,
ready to swallow me.
It's too late.
I am sleepwalking.
