Has anyone played Pokemon Polished Crystal, the rom hack? I'm missing 2 families, the third starter (Silver's), and Natu/Xatu.
I think I get the latter after getting all 28 Unown forms, but I'm stumped on getting the Rival's starter. I've done everything, beat Leaf, Red, E4 rematch, Orange Islands, everything.
Best romhack ever, easy. Like no really so many changes are super impressive even at a technical level, they had to combine a few (identical) moves just bc they use the max num of moves the game supports. Same for pokemon
I'm at the Elite 4 in Pokemon Polished Crystal, it's exactly as hard as I figured.
I turned off Predict switching mode to Switch, helps a bit and I'm mostly just grinding. Midnight, my Weavile can obliterate Will but Koga gives me a hell of a lot of grief since I have no psychic moves AT ALL, no TMs, and only a few viable, untrained mons. Just gotta overpower.
They really had to go add current puzzles to Gen 2 in Polished Crystal?
Oh well, just this one area. Getting the last battle items (3 EV training items), 4 more legendaries, then the E4, and all I have left is 30 pokemon to catch and the Orange Islands which are new to me too. Plus battle facilities but I should prob take a break and play mario/sonic
@SirTapTap Found the answer, no the RTC basically doesn't function unless the game is playing since it's a ROM and pocket doesn't pass RTC to the core/game or anything.
