I just booked a #train trip from the Netherlands to London.

The needless complexity of the booking process is infuriating! 😠

Not only was I unable to book a single trip, (I had to book two one-way trips), I also ended up paying more than advertised.

How is this supposed to be even remotely competitive to air travel?

Maybe @jon would know about that one: both #SNCB and #NS operate double-deckers on their networks so why did they order single-deckers for the #ICNG that is supposed to replace the #CrossBorderRail #ICBenelux that is almost always packed with passengers standing between carriages???
