The first new version of cult video game Prince of Persia in 14 years has been released, called #TheLostCrown, and it is the first edition in the series to be fully voiced in Farsi.
The franchise draws heavily on #Persian mythology and Iranian culture, but until now has always been in English.
It was a #video#collage of #women of all ages, doing "indecent" things: playing football, riding horses, shooting bows, working in the laboratory, dancing or just standing on the street - all off them clapping hands in a short sequence, which was obviously some kind of defiant signal.
The creator, and "narrator" of this was a man in his fifties, heavily bearded in an unkempt style. As a as I remember, no word was spoken, just music, clapping and writing on the wall.
It was very powerful and a jewel in my long gone collection of anti-patriarchal video-clips.

Wir denken darüber normalerweise nicht nach, aber warum eigentlich nicht? Weil die Menschen, die das machen, völlig unsichtbar sind. Deswegen war so einzigartig, dass sie gestern dort waren.
.. bleibt eben etwas, wofür #Arabisch oder #Farsi oder #Paschtu oder #Türkisch gebraucht wird. Wenn die Jobs ausgeschrieben sind, ist nicht erkennbar, worum es eigentlich geht.
Es gibt viele davon, hier, nicht irgendwo weit weg. Aber sie sind völlig #unsichtbar. Dabei können wir auf diesen #Plattformen nur sein, weil sie da sind.
Die Menschen, mit denen ich gestern abend gesprochen haben, waren ganz wunderbare Menschen. Offen, freundlich, super interessant.
Suche einen Übersetzerin für Farsi/Dari --> Deutsch, es geht um literarische Texte, damit sollte also Erfahrung vorhanden sein. Wer hat Kontakte/Empfehlungen?
