TOMOROW , I drink the first coffe after my #Nocoffeeweek.
I advise any coffee drinker to give it a try, it sounds like something absurd but now my night's sleep really rests.
Before this "challenge" I drink about 4 coffees a day, I'm going to go to 1 or 2 maximum, because there are still benefits to continuing to drink it (and it's so tasty haha) .
