Insight Timer got so bloated. I know they got to keep things afloat, but this is too much.

Does anyone know some good meditation timers that work with Android? I think I'll go back to Clock app. 😂

How are folks finding ways to release stress, fight or flight response, when you are too tired/ill/weak to do fight or flee things?

I struggle with this a lot, and it sounds like others are as well. Hopefully we can share some hacks of scalable things we have the chuff to access.

@vlrny My parasympathetic nervous system is hijacked by my sympathetic nervous system, even peristalsis, running way too fast. Focusing on diaphragmatic, deep belly breathing helps me stop freaking out. Singing on the exhale helps. Listening to euphoric music helps. ( ) My noise cancelling headset is critical.
