I try to avoid German news for my sanity. but I just learned that the 49 EUR ticket that took more than a year to introduce and just started could soon rise in price again. Germany is a clown country.
Hopefully not.
That would be extremely unfair.
Instead, subsidies for public transport should rise and all taxes on #FfossilFuels should be earmarked for #transportation infrastructure investments, #renewable-energy infrastructure getting twice as much from the taxes.
