The beautiful forest of #CoplandTrack. Been way luckier than the last time I went there, as it was not raining the whole time and we've been able to enjoy the golden hour in the #forest.

Back to my favourite place in the world! #Hiking the Copland track to Welcome Flat Hut and enjoy the hot pools up there 😎
The hike itself is not incredible, some very nice views on the river, wonderful forest and impressive suspended bridges (pics to follow), but the 16km feel long sometimes. The reward, however, is absolutely amazing: comfortable hut in the middle of the mountains and forest, no touristic planes and helicopters to ruin the vibe (quite rare in NZ), natural hot pools and and stargazing just next to the hut.
