So I'm not saying my Gisa and Geralf #MTG#Commander deck is an aggro deck, but it did get my opponent to 5 on only 3 lands.
(Note that my commander and most of the deck is 4+ mana)
Turns out, Gravecrawler, Diregraf Colossus, and Corpse Blockade are very good friends.
(Ignore the fact that my opponent played no relevant spells for the first 5 turns of the game).
A very fun night of EDH at my local store! Needed that badly. Neyali did some work (and by “work” I mean “sat back and let a small army of tokens do work”)
Okay cool #MagicTheGathering card! I just put Matzalantli The Great Door in my zombies commander deck and it is 🔥🔥🔥!
I play Gisa and Geralf as a commander, and the deck runs best when I dump all my library into the graveyard and then return the zombies to the battlefield. Up until now, the 40% of non-zombie cards (lands) were mostly useless.
Last night I played Matzalantli and it was regularly tapping for 15+ mana! #MTG#Commander
That was a fun game. I just won a #MTG#commander game with my Gisa and Geralf zombies deck (power lvl 6-7) against a hard control deck (power lvl 9). Despite a slow start and my opponent playing several board wipes, targeted removal, and counter spells, I managed to overcome with zombie value!

Sometimes, my partner and I just sit around saying "ugh, what do we do today? I don't feel like anything"
And sometimes we get new #Magic cards in and run 12 hours of 1v1 #commander games back to back.
We've smashed his Alesha reanimate deck into my Prosper value deck into each other probably a dozen times today. Best game ever #MTG#MagicTheGathering
Omg I just had the most disgusting turn during my last magic game.
I played Brudiclad and There and Back Again.
Make a Smaug, turn 2 tokens into Smaug, legendary rule sacrifice 2 Smaugs get 28 treasures.
Then my opponent board wiped so I replayed Brudiclad, plated and equipped Helm of the Host, and attacked with 14 Brudiclad copies.
God I love this game.
Just got my Outlaws of Thunder Junction #MTG decks. Overall, I think they're fine.
The blue red spells deck actually has a low mana curve and might be the most functional blue red precon they've printed.
The outlaws deck really lacked removal, which is surprising in Mardu. Olivia as a commander is a little weak and the deck didn't do much.
The Gonti deck stole everyone's cards just fine, but didn't have much reward for playing them. #MagicTheGathering#MTGOTJ#Commander
In November 2023, I returned to Magic the Gathering after a 25-year break. I joined the EDH league in my local game store and bought my first Commander Deck, Blood Rites, from The Lost Caverns of Ixalan set. After 70+ games and numerous upgrades, I still greatly enjoy piloting Clavileño, First of the Blessed, and his vampire demon armies.
I spent this Saturday morning building a #Commander Deck from my ever-growing stack of unused #MtG cards. I was really proud of the synergy I managed to achieve despite my self-imposed limitation of not buying any additional cards for now... Until my friend made this:
To my surprise, Murders at Karlov Manor (#MTGMKM#MKM) actually has cards that I want for my only remaining #EDH#Commander deck😳 I really hope that these lands won't be too pricey🥺 #mtg#magicthegathering

I'm a few weeks away from actually being able to put it out into the world as a final product ($16.99 shipped?), but I want to explore any noteworthy refinements.
Currently working on a Jeskai deck with The War Doctor and Clara Oswald as my commanders. It's full of exile, flicker/blink, and phasing effects to disrupt my opponents and charge up the Doctor (at x2 speed thanks to Clara). I think it'll be a blast! #MtG#DoctorWho#Commander
