My great uncle is passing away in hospice care. He asked to be able to pray and wrap tefillin for his last days. So I gave him my tallit and tefillin as well my siddur (prayer book). So this will be the first few days in a long time I won’t be wrapping tefillin myself. I’m not a very religious person but I do try at least to wrap tefillin and pray six days a week. I even take them to work with me and grab a huddle room.
