If thats all it takes then I dont see that much difference between a male and female. So whats the fear. you admit all it takes to go from a "bear like" super scary man to a normal female is some simply surgery. So what exactly makes men so scary and yet so minor in differences.
@Hunterrules0_o@MicheleV_AK@TheBierFrau the answer is that there is not a biological difference that makes men prone to violence. There's a societal gender role that allows and expects men to be violent (not that I'm saying we should make assumptions based on that either). But trans women are usually rejecting the societal gender role of man. They aren't under any pressure to be violent, and face violence themselves.
@Hunterrules0_o the patriarchy, if it wasn't obvious. The patriarchy hurts men, too. Feminism is for everyone, and dismantling the patriarchy would prevent you from getting your fee-fees hurt when women don't feel safe around you. An idea for the meantime is to simply be someone they feel safe around, perhaps by quitting the misogyny trolling.
In case it wasn't clear, I agree that we shouldn't assume men are violent. But I don't blame people for prioritizing their safety over (y)our feelings.
