@rbreich Repealing the #GOP tax cuts should be the answer to articulate in negotiations and the media. And bring back the 90% top tax rate, and initiate a wealth tax. All these should be obvious. The super rich are robbing everyone else and making the poor fund the country, and baiting the ignorant into fighting over crumbs to keep them too busy to see the truth. #Politics
@rbreich To be fair, some of that $7B will due to COVID (which they said was a hoax).
But a lot of it was their tax cuts for the wealthy (which did not really make the economy grow any more quickly) and their general preference for yelling about fake problems instead of solving real ones.

Choosing to make drastic cuts to veterans' health care? Why such a suicidal course, acting against what the GOP long considered a core constituency?
Do they want to force veterans back into service? Or force them into private sector health insurance schemes - insurance, not health care - without the benefit of coverage for preexisting conditions, a big chunk of veterans' health care needs? Or do they just hate govt health care?
@rbreich Most of this country has NO idea what cutting Medicaid would look like. Walking Dead, literally. All those voting for politicians who support cutting these programs, will be be some of the first to suffer, due to these cuts. Put on the proverbial thinking 🧢, people. For your own sake.🙏🏻
