@derthomas@neurothing Really like that Accept song. Ironically, The Rise of Chaos was the only tour I didn't see a single show on since the 2010 comeback.
@kreatorfangirls nice that you mentioned this one, because honestly it is my favourite of these songs too! I saw it live when they were opening for Judas Priest in 2018 (I think). @neurothing
@derthomas@neurothing I saw Priest in 2018 too, but with Battle Beast opening (which was great too, they put on a high energy show and I love Noora's voice).
Accept have played here on every single tour of the past decade, plus I also travel, so I got to see them quite often, but on that tour it somehow didn't work out. Even if they played a festival 15km away from me. Then the next time I saw them was when they closed Rock Hard Festival '22. And I managed to crack my skull during their set. 🙈
@derthomas@neurothing Eh, accidents may happen when lots of people are in motion. Someone almost falls and knocks you too. Then you know you're bloody-faced when people give you worried looks. Held some tissues there while headbanging for what little was left of their set (ended with I'm a Rebel!🥰).
At least my knee was fine because this 👇 happened a few months earlier (kneecap fracture, 100% my stupid fault). So I had major doubts about "surviving" for 22 band sets in 3 days, but I did it!😁👍
