Watching movies with the kiddo means revisiting stuff I thought I was familiar with - with the advantage of time, it’s easy to see the gulf in rendering and animation quality between, say, MONSTERS INC and ZOOTOPIA.
Or MONSTERS INC and MONSTERS UNIVERSITY.
(Have you watched ZOOTOPIA recently? It’s really good. As are the other two, but they probably get more credit for it.)
