When #MedecinsSansFrontieres operates in your country treating #migrants held in camps at military facilities, I think its time to admit both that the country's #migrartion policy is not working, and to recognise that the last shreds of the UK international standing are being trampled on by the #Tories.... so much for 'Global Britain'!

I'd amend that to "Global Home Counties Britain", an area extending about 25 miles beyond the M25. Everyone else, as far as Westminster is concerned, can go fuck themselves.
