Going to run fwupdmgr update on my ThinkPad Gen 1 P14s that's got an encrypted filesystem so fingers crossed I'm still here after hitting the enter key. 🙃
@ukscone I went one better and poured myself a glass of vino collapso aka red wine. It's all good as it rebooted and everything updated with no issues so panic over.
@JustineSmithies just looked at the specs. quite nice. pity i am slowly moving back to a desktop setup for all my serious stuff and cheap chromebooks and 12 year old laptops for my out and about stuff otherwise i'd be tempted
@JustineSmithies you can never have to many computers. on my desk atm (it's a small bedside desk too) i have an acer laptop, an hp elitedesk 600, 4 raspberry pi's and an AgonLight2. under the desk are 2 acer chromebooks and a dell laptop AND i have an amazon window open drooling over some of the gaming desktops because wth not :)
@ukscone Hahaha. I've obvs my ThinkPad and my #PineBookPro a random Toshiba laptop for testing stuff on. I've also 2 pi 4's as servers and a full blown server too. Oh lets not forget my #Pinephone and #PinephonePro and my #OnePlus6 and 6T 😂
I even bought a Pico just so I could build my own TKL board with oled running on kmk. I just can't help myself.
