@SuitedUpDev I know we tend to throw everything into a job description, but I’m always careful to use “or” or, even better, “…with a PHP framework like Laravel, Zend…” At least they appear not to be looking for a ninja or a Jedi master? :/

But in all seriousness, this job offering has quite a number of red flags.

In my opinion the line above it is also a pretty good candidate for a red flag. "Can show open-source contributions/projects on GitHub;"
Especially because it sounds like a requirement to spend my free time on coding, in order to qualify.
