It’s okay to feel frustrated, worried, or angry about .

But then also find ways to contribute toward climate solutions. We all have a role to play.

The science is clear & we know what’s required. We can achieve change. So let’s make it so.

@Sheril And let and be the constantly annoying element that constantly reminds decision-makers that they need to properly consider the environment in their decisions.

@Sheril This is why the last part of the TROM II documentary is titled "Hope", we all need a little bit of that to work towards a better future 🙂

My friend @tio made this documentary and it talks about environmental issues like climate change but also gives us hope by showcasing the various volunteer organizations and projects who try to fix these issues, its truly inspiring.

carlos_ariza,

@Sheril focusing on eating less beef as a first action is a key shortcut, because it reduces methane now, and gives time for the energy transition to catch up. Plus it's good for your health and good for the cows! https://www.commonearth.com/shortcut #regenerative #cows #climatesolutions

obviousdwest,

@Sheril Maybe a recipe book that makes sense for an average citizen? Skip meat, take public transit or bike, buy locally, work locally, choose renewable energy, have fewer kids. The bigger options for the more well off, add: install renewable energy, skip air travel, landscape intelligently, lobby, donate, one car, one house, …
Maybe we need “Food pyramid” type charts for people to point at/tap, until everyone knows what they *can do. (No expert, just felt compelled to say something practical).

stargazersmith,

@Sheril
I've been working on it. We got solar cells in 2015 that deliver on average about 92 pct of our electricity.
