I am so not surprised FL housing prices may collapse. The bedrock under FL is porous to water. So no building sea walls to keep flooding from happening.
Even NASA knows FL is a lost cause due to climate change. Once an asset is flooded out due to sea level rise, they plan to abandon it. No money will be spent to prevent the flooding.
