A few years ago I started a newsletter on Substack. My goal wasn't to monetize it, but it has such an easy interface that made it easy to use and the potential for a great community. After the Nazi BS it was no longer an acceptable home for my newsletter. I investigated a couple alternatives, and finally settled on Beehiiv.
