I've been having such a super fun time in Diablo IV Season 2 so far.
Pre-season I only got my character to level 84, which was a GRIND! Season 1 I only played just a little and got my character to level 33. Season 2 I'm currently at 97 1/2 and hoping to get to 100 tonight or tomorrow if all goes as planned.
Are you playing Diablo IV currently and if so, how are you enjoying it?

I've only really played Rogue myself. I started with a Necromancer, finished the story, got to level 50 and didn't really care for it so I switched to Rogue and never looked back.
@cliffwade I have been playing it a lot- just recently grabbed at the insistence of my wife, since I played the beta and then this last free trial. Beautiful game. I'm a Diablo lifer but pretty casually. These days especially I have so little time 🤣 I take it super slow. Mssed around with barb and necro in the beta, now have a rogue to lvl 40 & going.. It's rad. Love it. What a game. Probably try druid next and eventually necro again too. Psyched for whatever new class they're putting in, too - gonna try that as well!
@jake4480 Very awesome! I've been Rogue pretty much all along. I started as a Necromancer but didn't care for it and switched to Rogue in pre-season. Both seasonal characters have been rogue as well so far. Maybe one day I'll branch out. LOL

Yeah, I'm guessing it'll get better after a while, but right now, sometimes we have challenges, quests, levels, infos all popping up twice on the screen lol Also the IU is often overlapping. But Diablo has always been one of our most loved couch coop games! I can follow him pretty easily haha
@stephanie Gotcha. Yeah, when you're first starting out those popups can certainly be annoying. I'm not sure if you can even disable them, but might be an option for it. I'd have to look.
This is my first Diablo game ever to play and really glad I decided to pick it up.
Seasonal stuff is considerably better than the non-seasonal stuff. Some really neat stuff to do in game.
@stephanie Nice. Everyone says Diablo 3 is a ton of fun. Maybe one day I'll check it out. Diablo IV is amazing. There's just so much to it. I've probably got about 800 hours into it I believe.
@cliffwade@stephanie oh and I played 3 but I love 4 more. 1 is probably still my jam. Recently replayed it 🤣 2 is great too. But I think somehow they nailed it with 4, it has aspects of all 3 of its predecessors plus these GRAPHICS I mean 😍
@stephanie@cliffwade yeah the online requirement is a drag. I definitely have gripes about it. Love the game but don't like it freezing in boss fights and killing me, which happens OFTEN lately. Even yesterday.
@jake4480@stephanie Luckily I've not had lag issues that have ended up killing me. I do experience a bit of lag when doing a world boss, but that's only because so much damage is being done at once that it makes the game lag for a few seconds.
@jake4480@cliffwade Do you know if we can at least disable the trade chat? We keep getting confused by people yelling about Mountain Dew and other silly things lol
@stephanie@jake4480 You can actually under Settings -> Social and there are all sorts of Chat options. I think you can switch to Chat Bubbles and then only have bubbles for certain chats. I simply ignore chat completely unless I'm playing with someone.
@cliffwade@stephanie these settings are super useful. Yeah a lot can be configured.. Now if I can make it show the bottom of my screen properly - I know HOW to align it but I think it's a Series X issue, or my controller not reading something properly. I've been guessing at assigning stuff which is a pain but it's familiar so I work around it I guess 🤣
