Dealing with a delayed flight for a relative that nixed the future connection so had to rebook. Everything about this process has been slow, frustrating and dehumanizing. It's been a horrible #UX from many angles.
This is exactly what late-stage #capitalism has wrought: a low-cost solution that is devoid of any convenience, joy, or humanity. For the #libertarian bros out there, I get that I'm advocating for 'inefficiency' because it comes at a great cost. We are better than this.
