I dunno who needs to know this, but in Canada, at least, AppleTV is selling the entires series of both The Expanse and Battlestar Galactica for $25 each. Last week #TheExpanse box set was $60. This may mean I never subscribe to Prime Video again. #RememberTheCant
@MichaelPorter I don’t believe that has ever happened with any media I’ve bought from Apple. Not a single app, movie, song, tv show, or book. Even if they stop selling it. (Apple Music and AppleTV+, as streaming services, are different, but that’s to be expected.)
@MichaelPorter Fair. I mean Amazon did once yank a version of 1984 (hashtag: irony), but killed users’ notes in the process. If Apple had ever done that we’d never’ve heard the end of it.
@buffyleigh Oops. My bad. I was (lazily) assuming AppleTV users would be reading from Apple devices. I know better and shall endeavour to do better. 🤦♂️
