Great news! The Babylon 5 Bluray boxset includes the scenes that were missing from the HBO streaming release. At least the two missing at the end of season 1, episode 20 "Babylon Squared". They first of which is quite important to the story arc.

The other scene missing in the HBO release was the opening monologue by G'kar in the first episode of season 4. It is mostly important for setting the mood. I haven't gotten to that disc yet. I expect it to be there as well.

Yup, the G'Kar monologue after the recap in the first episode of season 4 is also included in the Bluray release.

@hamatti I hope they've put the two missing scenes from the HBO release back in! Otherwise I'll have to do some editing myself.
