They are expected to be mainly a change from hot, healthy, and cooked meals, to prepackaged food.
To cut costs.
We will always be poor while we have people like this running the country.
If we paid for EVERYONE at school to have a good healthy meal, we would all benefit.
Very out of touch of me, but I'd assume if you knew your kids was getting two proper meals a day at school, one would be more likely to send them. Especially if you are having trouble affording food.
