GIMP, 1 month ago @ticktok Text outline is a feature in Text tool/layers now, though only in development version (since 2.99.14): https://www.gimp.org/news/2022/11/18/gimp-2-99-14-released/#text-tool-new-outline-options It will be in the stable version GIMP 3.0.0 when we'll release it (soonish! Originally planned for May though it may be June or during the summer, I guess).
