@GottaLaff IANAL: This seems like a big deal. IIRC Teri Kanefield had said that Meadows had the best chance of any of the defendants to move up to the Federal level. This decision means it's basically impossible for any of the other defendants to get out from under the RICO charges.

Actually, it would have only changed the court, judge, and jury selection area. He would have still faced the same charges and prosecutors.
