@BenitaSkinner My favourite changes over time. Currently my mainstay is a nice 滇红茶 (Dian Hong tea, a Yunnan black) but I just got a sampler of a 雀古茶 (Quegu tea) a 毛尖 (maojian) green from 武夷山 (Mount Wuyi) that I'll be doing a photo-essay about (like the last one I did: https://pixelfed.social/i/web/post/691852919888906026) because it looks really special.
