@metin tbh I don't recognize this in friends on the spectrum at all...
As someone who is neurotypical some of the conflicts I've had with coworkers and friends on the spectrum is how to handle the complex nature of social interaction when power hierarchies are in play.
To not have a boss on the spectrum trample all over coworkers, or a coworker not either subjugate blindly to authority or refuse to accept any authority even when earned.
Or just being like everyone else not on the spectrum

Like if you like me come from a society where specific terms are used for those above you or where the boss is ment to be just another coworker - the complexity with friends on the spectrum reacting to a total shift if they come from a work society where they do use those terms is tricky af.
Not because they are worse/better but because forced social complex action makes it trickier....
@metin not saying people on the spectrum or bad, or good - just differently abled to neurotypical folks and that work hierarchies and hierarchies in general are complex for everyone and more so when they are made exclusively for us neurotypical folks
